I WAS CHECKING MY ACCOUNT I AND I FIRST SAW WHERE A FEW CENTS HAD COME OUT AND THEN I SAW WHERE THIS COMPANY HAD TAKEN 30.00 OUT OF MY ACCT. I DID NOT AUTH THIS AND I TRIED TO CALL THIS COMPANY AND I STAYED ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED COMPANY RECORDING KEPT SAYING THAT ALL AGENTS WERE BUSY AND WOULD BE WITH ME SHORTLY. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND COULD NEVER GET A REAL PERSON. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND I NEVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN. I NOW HAVE MY BANK INVLOVED IN THIS MATTER.
