I wanted to purchase one iPAD and was looking for online deals, during this I came across the website dailysaler.com. I picked the iPAD which I wanted. I did checked internet for any scam report before I initiate the purchase but didn't find anything on that day. I was concerned as it was an international purchase and I have to send money via Western Union or Moneygram but I've made a purchase once before internationally and there was no issue so I went ahead. Another guys also reported about this on scambook about their situation. I agree with them. Website is setup in such a way that you will feel comfortable in doing purchases. The most interesting thing I noticed is the tracking numbers they provided on the site are real. I tried few of them with DHL and FEDEX and found valid. I did noticed one thing that all the items were shipped from Hong Kong hence asked the question on online web chat. They told that all items are shipped from Hong Kong only. I also asked if any taxes I need to pay and they said yes which will be around 50 to 60% of the items price. After that I felt more comfortable and went ahead with purchase.

After sending the money they assured me that they will ship the item 3 PM China time and provide the invoice and tracking number. But when I checked next day they made a very good excuse as per below mail..

We have shipped your items out yesterday .You know that accident is beyond of our control.Your items are damaged and we need change a new one for you in order to avoid to return when you receive it.It will spend us 7 days to make the manufacturer to deal with the return. Today we have returned the items to manufacturers, they are dealing with the problem now. I think we can get a new one on Friday next week and arrange shipping for you on Friday next week.We will save time to update your items. We hope it will not effect our cooperation for long time.

I waited for 7 days and contacted them via web chat, they told items are still not received from manufacturer and will take 2 more days. Again I waited for 2 more days and now they are saying that their shipping agency is closed for Christmas. They can send items once their shipping agency opens after Christmas holiday.

I also pinged to them that I want my money back but no reply. I will also report this to ic3.gov and ftc.gov.

We need to fight these cheaters and take every step the get our money back.
