Hired this guy to do an internet website and facebook page, we signed a contract, that stated it would be done in 2 weeks, I paid 330.00 up front, was suppose to pay 220.00 when finished. It has been 4 months, he basically did not do a thing, he never finished and told me he did not have time to finish, he wanted me to give him the last 220.00 so he could hire someone to do the website for me. He no longer answers my phone calls nor my emails. I paid with paypal, but it was longer than the 45 days and he told me that it was to late for me to file a complaint through paypal to get my money back.

Debbie hired us to do as she says above. However, what she fails to mention is that 75% of the work was completed, including numerous hours spent dealing with one of her vendors which was not part of contract.
Debbie also fails to mention that she went mia for about three weeks and failed to communicate during that time. She is requesting a full refund even though work was completed and we have time logs at roughly 32 hours.
Debbie also mentioned to us that she did this exact same thing to another company - had them complete work and then filed a complaint with Paypal and getting her money back. We advise any other companies to not work with Debbie Sandoz as she will most likely repeat her behavior. -

- If you had finished anything I would not have filed this, According to the contract it is for a job done, web page up and running and a facebook page. Neither were done. Our contract was not based on hours. He not only did this to me but to someone else, and then he changed his business name. The person I worked with did not make the page in the colors I wanted and the design and He gladly returned my money. And unlike Brian he actually did my facebook page and he finished the job he was hired for, but because it was not what I wanted he returned my money. Brian says he will do all of this and I can send you a copy of our agreement which proves he knew about the vendor, because it is in black and white, and as for going mia this just proves once again what a liar this person is and he can not be trusted. I was sick for 2 days and for some reason he was unable to do any work with out me holding his hand. The truth of the matter is (according to all of his emails to me) Is that working with the vendio system was too hard for him, he could not figure it out. So rather than say this system is too difficult he lies to me and says he just does not have the time, but if I paid him the balance of the money agreed to be paid when the job was completed, than he would hire someone to finish the job. If anyone needs copys of emails contracts etc, just email me I have everyone, including copys of what he left my store looking like, and my facebook page has never changed. Oh one other thing contract was signed 3/8/2011... as of the end of may he was still trying to get the home page correct, one excuse after another, finally I just asked for my money back. As of 6/16/2011 he said he would return my money and remove the picture he put on my web site, he said he had no money but could make payments, as of now 8/8/2011 and he has not made one and tells me he will never return my money. Do not trust him he lies major. contact me I will show you proof. sandoz @ charter.net
