I was contacted by Mark Stroll from the grant office in Washington D.C. He told me that I qualified for a business grant but I had to get a certified grant writer to write the grant for me. He told me to call Steven Mcdaniels at Florida State Financial Planners to write the grant for me. I called Florida State Financial Planners and Mr. McDaniels called me back with the info. I had to send a cashier's check for 480.00 made payable to Rachell Francis. I was to receive a copy of the grant during the week of November 7 for me to review. I have not heard from them and when I call and leave a message they will not call me back.
