gossimer.com is a scam. They take your money and after they activate your domain for a few days they suspend it without any notice. After they suspend your domain they don't answer your questions not even to tell you why they suspend it. How can you make business with such a company? You can't rely on their customer service nor their company. Stay away from them.

- The same happened to me. When they finally decided to answer after two weeks and a half they asked me to send them two IDs, bank details, credit card statement and copy of my credit card to unlock my domain. I asked them why and they said if I want my domain unlock I should send all the required docs. I refused since they didn't provide the reason why they suspended in the first place. I asked for a refund which was also denied. The worst company to buy domains. I wasted my time and money. gossimer.com is a scam

- I also bought a domain from them and after a few month of activity they suspended without notice. I contacted them and they said they received some spam complaints. After I insisted to give me more details they said they received one spam complaint and decided to suspend my domain. I was sending to my clients (who prior subscribed to newsletter) emails about new products and one person decided to make a report and they immediately took action against me without even asking about the issue. Needless to say I lost money and business reputation by having my domain suspended. gossimer.com is a horrible company that I wouldn't recommend at all.

- I bought a domain from them and thanks god I didn't started my business because later they suspend it without notice and never answered my email. I wasn't able to get my money back although I never used the domain or their service. Buyer be aware you will loose your money. Just avoid gossimer.com!

- Gossimer is not a scam; each one of these complaints is in regard to registering banking domains for the specific purpose of conducting a 419 phishing scam. If you are not familiar with a 419 scam it is where a customer registers a domain name similar to a popular bank and then put up a website that looks like the bank and sends SPAM email and pretends to be the bank to get the customers information. This is illegal and each one of these customers were engaging in illegal activities. If suspending domains trying to scam the unsuspecting people on the internet makes Gossimer a scam, then yes we belong to be listed here. What do you think, should Gossimer allow these customers to conduct illegal activities and steal your money and identity? We do not and will not allow any illegal activities.

- Gossimer is the best website hosting company and I cannot believe people are complaining that they are suspending domains conducting illegal activities. Anytime I need any assistance from Gossimer, they are there and always respond. They are the best.

- Gossimer is the best website hosting company and I cannot believe people are complaining that they are suspending domains conducting illegal activities.
