I recently tried purchasing a watch through magneto or http://www.oppok.net/ I was told I needed to purchase the watch through 95Epay, which I did. I received a generic email with fake return email address and phone number but with correct charges to my credit card. I've emailed the company but after reading about some of the other victims I don't hold out for too much success in getting my money back. How is this legal? And what form of action can we take?
