T-mobile sent a text saying that we now have free access to internet, you only had to pay for data download. Having the account with family limits, I was in peace assuming that they would not be able to access anything. It turns out I had an extra charge of about 220 dls. When I call customer service, they said there was nothing to do because my kids did have access to the information. I replied that they were NOT supposed to have access since I pay 5 dls monthly to have the family control. There answer is that this "new" promotion is not controlled my family restrictions. This is totally misleading, that is the whole purpose of having family control.
