I signed up online for what I thought was a draw for an free Iphone. I then started receiving texts on my Iphone that I assumed were harmless. I just received my bill and there are $ 45.00 worth of charges. I'm not sure how this company is getting away with this but it's ridiculous. When I called Cliq Digital, they had no response and just made it seem like I was at fault. What a scam and they should be ashamed of what they're doing !

Shout loud and hard at your wireless provider. Tell them that they will have to pay a lot more money if they have to go searching for a new customer and go all the way up the ladder. Don't let the first person you speak to tell you there is nothing they can do. Speak to their boss and keep going until you get satisfaction. They will pay the charges because they know exactly what skill2thrill is doing and even though they claim it is a 3rd party they have a 1st party billing relationship with them. Tell them that it is NOT acceptable for them to have a 1st party relationship with skill2thill when they know that they are scamming their own customers. They should not be doing business with a company that has so many complaints against them. Tell them that out of principle and bad customer service you will not be doing business with them ever, ever again if they don't make it right. -
