Site guaranteed authentic Ugg boots. I did receive them but they are clearly not authentic. They were packed in a plastic bag. The boots are synthetic not geniune wool or sherling. Soles look plastic. No return information accompanied the boots. When I tried to look into how to return them I noticed all the scam reports. It appears the website no longer exists. I guess I'm out $200. Expensive lesson learned.
