THEY MISREPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS AN ARM OF AOL AND THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED TO AOL. I ASKED IF THIS FEE INCLUDED THE $15/MO FEE I PAY TO AOL AND THEY LIED AND SAID IT INCLUDED THIS FEE. AND LAST, THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT FIX MY PROBLEM. I ASKED FOR THEM TO DISCONTINUE THIS CONTRACT 10 HOURS AFTER I TOOK IT OUT. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
