I have bought bids, won items, but not received anything yet, I am on the fence they could still be legit but I cannot ignore that a company keeps losing bids, did not get awarded bids where I had auto bid in place with bids to use when ended and marked sold. As for customer service their claims are not true, 15 minute responses advertised, I have sent 3 emails about issues and been totally ignored for over 3 days.
