I signed my contract with Molecular Data Plc on November 15, 2011 to become a payment processor for them also. I waited for the checks to be mailed to me. I received them on 11/25/2011, I went to my bank to cash they cashed one and depo the other because bank could not cash both at same time and the depo one waited till 11/29/2011 before funds became available. They became available and I sent the moneys as per job description. The money I had in account is now gone. Plus my my Regular paycheck set up on direct deposit and have lost two of them now on top of the $3690 for the amount of the two checks. So now my account is locked no way to pay bills, etc... There is something we should be able to do to recoup and any suggestions? Please let us all know if anyone knows or have any suggestions to help.
