My daughter order 2 pair of Ugg Boots from them. When they arrived the boots did not run the sam size as Ugg Boots she bought from Nordstrom. When comparing the boots, the fur inside in not real sheepskin. The boots are FAKE.
She tried contacting their customer service and they told he to keep the boots and they will give her a discount on the next pair she orders. She replied that they do not fit, need to return them. They stated there would be a 20% restocking fee, my daughter replied the website states 10% and i am willing to pay that as the boots do not fit. They reposnded with it will be very expensive to ship them back to CHINA. She again reposned, just send me the address, that she wants to return them. She has not heard from them since.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you are ok with FAKE boots that do not run true to UGG sizes!!!!!
