I found a number from my bank statement for a $49.95 charge to my account. I called the number and was told the charge was for an adult vitamin subscription. She told me she canceled and credited my account before I even asked, but did tell me she did not know the company CRCIncHelps and that they were just a support center for many companies. She had no info on this company except to say that it appeared that I ordered the subscription on Thanksgiving day (wrong!). Anyway, I received a confirmation #, but if it is not credited what do I do? What recourse do I have? How did they get my credit card #? Besides the $50 bucks, what's more disturbing is how they got my card# and who has it?
