Under no circumstances did I authorise your company Purecollagenx.com to deduct $105.80 AUD from my credit card and I insist on an immediate refund of the full amount plus the $3.12 AUD I have been charged for the international transaction. Total of $108.92 AUD. I am not interested in your beauty products and insist the transaction made on 18/11/11 be reversed immediately.
I am very unhappy and somewhat amazed as to how you received my credit card information in the first place.
I expect to be contacted immediately. If my request is ignored I shall involve the authorities.

I sent the above email and received the following very calm reply;

Thank you for your email. We always appreciate contact with our customers!
We have canceled your account, however we're willing to offer you discounts on your monthly shipments if you're are interested in continuing your auto-delivery membership. This means you'd get a (1) month supply of the Pure Collagen Face Serum at a lower price.
Would you like us to reactivate your membership and take advantage of the discounts?
If you want to keep your status as inactive, we're sorry to see you go but please first let us know your main reason for leaving so we can improve our business for future customers.
Kindly send back the shipment of the (1) month supply of the Pure Collagen Face Serum to avoid future charges.
We have refunded your account 50% of the charge. The remainder of the charge will be automatically refunded when the product has been received by our warehouse:

Yet the original transaction was made in US Dollars.
I received the unwanted product a few days later and returned it as instructed above. So far only the first half of $51.97 has been refunded.
What I want to know is how did PurecollagenX.com get hold of my credit card details in the first place. Who sold it to them? Plus I had to pay $10.80 to register the return parcel.

  • Seems like they treat customers differently - i called and demanded refund, and they said they would refund in 5-7 days, called again tonight (US divert on AUS number 0289994104) very politely they confirmed the refund but i still have not received. i had similar experience with Juveneu and have had my money returned. I have NOT returned anything, paid for postage etc. Seems like they will try on different customers to see what they can get away with !??!
