I received a e-mail from my bank about insufficient funds notice in the amount of $90.00. When I contacted the bank they informed me that the company named your loan 101 charged my account $ 90.00. When I called your loan 101 that claimed that they didn't know why i was charged, because they didn't even have a application on file for me. I will be calling them back with my bank statement to prove that is was them that charged my account and speaking to a supervisor with my lawyer on the line.
