I have been robbed of 75 dollars from my account! I ordered the free samples received them...they are useless..emailed them on 22/11/2011 to ensure I would not be charged further (better to be safe then sorry) received an email confirmation on 28/11/2011 that my account had been cancelled yet they happily took €87.48 from my credit card even though i did NOT order anything else ONLY the free samples!!!!

  • MMC: RE; Anti-Rides Serum. I live in America and I was recently scammed by a company that did basically the same thing that the company selling "anti-rides serum", only this one was called PuraSilk and then Phytology. The first ad I saw on line was for a 14 day FREE
    trail of PuraSilk, for only $3.99. I immediately was contacted via email (with no return email address so I could not even write back and dispute the charges and what they were sending me) The invoice was for PuraSilk, AND PHYTOLOGY at a cost of $19.99 for one jar I later learned, and sales tax, for a total of $25.87. I was furious, so I phoned my credit card company immediately and was informed that not only was there a charge of $25.87, but another charge of $89.99!
    The charges were from a company called Natural Health Co. which sold PuraSilk (face cream) and Phytology (face cream), probably the same junk they were "giving free 14 day trials of"....I also phoned the company since there was a phone number and the lady I spoke to was rude and kept repeating herself, that I agreed to them sending me another jar of that PuraSilk and/or Phytology when I agreed to their terms & conditions....way at the bottom of their "application" and "submit" box. Now I am fighting them because they refuse to credit back my account. The lady kept telling me both shipments had already gone out....and I asked her, "How can that be, when I haven't even TRIED my 14 day supply to see if I want to continue.." which I never would, since I cannot afford that outrageous amount for what is probably like heavy oil or cream that they get in huge amts. from God only knows where, and other people have had a similar situation as me, and they did not even receive their products! AT least they can claim to their credit card company that it was fraud, because they were charged for a product that never arrived. When I told the lady at Natural Health Net aka PuraSilk & Phytology that I am going to fight this by refusing the shipment and sending it back labeled, "REfused, Return to Sender" and she admonished me, saying, "No, don't do that. There will be a "Hello Letter" in there for you, with instructions on how to send it back, if I don't like it." I told her, "I do NOT BELIEVE YOU. YOU ARE LYING TO ME....SHE SAID 'MA'AM, I'M GOING TO HANG UP ON YOU IF YOU ARE GOING TO YELL AT ME AND BE RUDE" I said, "You cannot even HEAR me because your radio I hear in the background is so loud! And if you were a decent human being you would stop the shipment and credit back my card." She said, "It's too late. The shipment has already gone out." I argued, "How can that be possible? I placed the order only several hours ago, Eastern US time,!" She kept telling me, "YOu authorized it by authorizing the "terms & conditions. Do you want to go over it with me on the internet right now?" By that time, I was so upset, I was shaking all over and nearly having a panic attack. Now my credit card has been charged almost $130.00 US dollars and I cannot afford it. As far as yours is concerned, I suggest you IMMEDIATELY ASK YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD, EVEN IF IT WILL BE INCONVENIENT for you. I really
    don't want to say more, since that company may have people working for them just to read our complaints and what we are doing to fight them. This is a global phenomenom. It is worldwide, with phony companies, fake products, liars and thieves. I have learned my lessson, that is for sure. I wish you well. If you have any ideas for me, please let me know.
