I joined BidRack on the 5th of June. I have won about 13 items now from them and have yet to see any of them come in the mail. All these items come out to a total of $98.97. I receieved shipping confirmations on 6 of them which were sent out of the 22nd of June. I should have recieved them by now. I also just received an email confirmation for the other items but not shipping. I contacted BidRack through email to inquire but I have not received a response. I will be calling tomorrow to ensure that I speak to someone. I have seen all the complaints and the class action suit that was filed and I am just worried that now I won't get cmpensated for anything. All the time ande money I spent on the site infuriates me. I want all my money back. I spent $75.00 on a Bidpack which makes my total cost in this site about $173.97 and thats not including all the cents I also spent on the small 5 bidpacks. Why shouldn't I be refunded all the money I spent?? This site is a scam and their taking their time in sending my stuff so my 30 days will be passed before I can complain to my credit card company or whatever. I just wanted to formally complain as I do not have high hopes that the company will even care. I would really like my money back and I will also be complaining to the BBB. Thanks.

TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK FROM THEM OR "ITEMS YOU WON" AND NOW THAT THE CLASS ACTION SUIT HAS BEEN FILED THEY WILL GRAB "OUR" MONEY & RUN!! DO ALL YOU CAN RIGHT AWAY! SEVERAL OTHERS SAY THEY EVEN GAVE THEM "TRACKING NUMBERS" BUT THEY TURNED OUT TO BE FAKE! I'VE TOLD MANY, MANY HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK---PLEASE READ MY SITES!!! 3 PEOPLE HAVE SAID THEY ALSO GOT THERE'S BACK AFTER DOING THE SAME.
