My checking account was drafted for the above amount ($37.95) without my knowledge or approval. I called the number (888-530-1128) listed on the copy of the check that I got from my bank. I called this number and explained that this was not authorized by me and I wanted a refund. I also asked what kind of company this was and was told that it was some sort of online company. The guy never said how he received my account information. Then he said he would cancel the account. I demanded a refund and first he said in 2-5 days then when asked again he said 10 days. I responded by telling him I wanted my money back as fast as they took it out of my account. I also told him that this would be reported to the Federal Trade Commission.
