On Oct. 18, 2011 I was contacted by Kim Brown from the government in Wash DC. phone #202-559-6991 said that I was 97% approved for a grant tp start my small company, she then gave me the name of Florida State Financial Planners and a Steven McDaniels contacted me his # was 954-678-0687 ext 800. When I contacted him he was very prompt at returning my calls until after I sent a certified check in the amount of $480.00 to a Rachell Francis. I haven't been able to reach him or Kim Brown and have left several messages at their numbers. I called again today 11/30/11 and found that both of thier phones had been disconnected and when I contacted information to find out about Florida State Financial Planners they said that there was no listing for them, so I decided to search Google and was amazed at what I found! Can someone please help me and others like me who have been scammed and taken advantage of by these people....
