I had gone to my bank on 11/22/2011 to deposit money into my bank account. I asked the teller if she had notice any strange activity and she told me about the .06 that this company had taken out of my account. Well I and the teller thought nothing of it. Well the next day I went back because I noticed $30 was missing out of my account. The teller at the bank told me that this company debited it from my account. Well while I was at the bank I called and like everyone else was put on hold. After about 20 minutes the agent comes on the phone and argues with me that I put the application in and that I authorized the transaction. Well after about 10 minutes of arguing with the lady I finally told her I was at my bank and was going to pursue charges against the company for fruad; well needless to say she straighted her act out and issued me a refund confermation code number. Well I am still waiting I think I am going to file a report anyway so they can shut their business down.
