- Upon further investigation, it appears the scammers are in Ukraine.

And, no the scammers are not in the Ukraine - they just have the site hosted there. You can host your site anywhere in the world. It's just a matter of who you pay to host your website. They've obviously chosen to host it there to make it tougher to get themselves shut down. If they were legitimate, there are PLENTY of hosts in the U.S. that do hosting. -

- Barrie is a victim of identity theft. They simply used his info as a contact name on the website. The money is going to the Ukraine... So I think that there's a pretty good chance that the scammers are there. Of course they can play wire transfer games with it but it doesn't look like they did in this case.
