received a phone call saying i had won a sweepstakes in the amount of 5.5 million dollars in the form of a cashiers check which would be delivered along with 50,000.00 cash. in order to receive it i was told to go to the nearest wallmart and purchase 2 green dot money pak reload for 400.00 a piece. so i sratched the numberes off the back and gave to him. never received the money .i called back and was told that the money was being held up by the IRS until we paid another $400.00.so we refused.we were told then that we could not have our winnings.
