I had 2 very nice young people come to the door advising they were selling magazines to earn points for a trip to the Bahamas. After a long talk (and a lot of pushing), I agreed to buy 1 subscription of a family magazine, not realizing until the very end how expensive it would be. By that point I almost felt obligated to buy the magazine, seeing as how they had spent so much time going over them with me, and after all they were very sweet kids. When my husband got home he was not happy about the price and we agreed that once they called to ok the clearing of the check and I would inform them that I no longer wished to purchase the subscription. I have waited every day for that call (over 2 weeks now), wondering what the hold up was. Today I checked my account and it looks like the check was cleared this morning, with no warning call or any other type of notification. After seeing all of these complaints, I plan on following every channel, every point of contact and doing whatever I can to get a hold of ANYBODY at this company. I am beyond ticked at this point.
