I had planned to bid on an item on zBiddy. Was notified I had to have an open account and was asked for a card number. I gave my debit card number (big mistake) and when it was cleared, they had deducted $159.00 from my account. When I saw this, I immediately notified them to cancel my account and return my money as this is dishonest and I would not bid. I was not planning to spend that much money!
Their reply was "no problem, your refund has been processed and it should be in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
I have had no response whatsoever.
