I ordered a bundle of services and products from PHP Pro Bid on 8/5/11. Part of the purchase included custom theme design. I was told that my theme would be ready for review in August. That never happened, and then I was told that it would be ready by Mid September. It is now November and my website design is still not completed as advertised. I have tried to contact PHP Pro Bid through the help desk numerous times concerning this issue during the past 3 weeks and I have not received a response. PHP Pro Bid has failed to deliver on its commitments several times. I am now out of $940.

I had the exact same experience as you. Don't know if you know it but PHP Pro Software went into Liquidation earlier this year and started trading with a new company name - Online Ventures Software Ltd
Same business, same director, same address and everything. No doubt they'll start ripping people off soon with the new company name. -
