Lydecker Smith e-mailed me about buying a Prevost Motor coach that i have advertised in two or three sites. He claimed to set up an account in PayPal with the funds to buy the coach. The PayPal site (which i later found out was bogus) showed the amount that i was asking for the coach ( 310,000.00 + 1,500.00 for shipping). I was to send the 1,500.00 by western union to his shipper. Thinking that the PayPal site was legit, i did this. The next day i got another e-mail from him stating that the amount was wrong , and that i needed to send 3,000.00 more. Still thinking that this was legit, because the PayPal site showed the extra 3,000.00 in his account, i did. Then i got another e-mail saying i needed to send another 1,500.00. I became suspicious, and started checking out the authenticity of this. I then found out that the PayPal site was a phishing site. He also claimed to be in Maylasia, but i traced his e-mail and the IP address, and discoverd that this was all coming from Mountain View Ca. 94043. even the PayPal site. I even got another e-mail from a Philip Coke, saying he was interested in buying the coach. I traced his e-mail, and it was coming from the same address. That is $4500.00 plus 93.00 for each transaction (3)from western union

- This person contacted me as well about purchasing my RV and having it shipped to Malaysia. We thought it seemed too good to be true and thanks to your website we found out that indeed it was a scam. Just wanted to thank you for posting....L & J Cox
