I tried the trial samples and decided I didn't want to take anymore, I sent the trial samples back. They had already dispatched the next batch of tablets and taken the money from my account! I received one batch of tablets but not the other and they had taken 2 x £59.99 out of my account. I spoke to a representative on many occasions and was told the refund would be in my account within 10 days it has been five months and still nothing. I have tried to call since and no reply, no replies to the emails I send. They have since taken out 2 x £1.95 from my account and I was sent an email stating this was an error and would be refunded. Still nothing has been refunded.
