I seen an advertisement about Perfect Radiance and Revita Derm. The trial offer said it was $2.96, for each product, and that this was the only cost involved. My bank account was debited on 8/11/2011 for $2.95 and $2.96 respectively, for the above mentioned products. Initially I was a bit worried about ordering from these sites, as I have seen countless adds for these products - but when I seen that the correct amounts taken from my bank account, I felt satisfied that this was a legitimate business.

However on the 22/11/2011 a further $78.55 was taken from my bank account. I have no idea if there is anything I can do about this!!?? If anyone can help it would be appreciated!

Financially I don't care about getting the money back - however, morally and ethically this is completely wrong, and annoys/disappoints me that a company that advertises one thing, but then takes advantage of its clients/customers. It will be the last time I purchase from them. Will also have to speak to bank about blocking any further payments to this company. With regard to getting the other money back ..i dont know where to start.

  • Damiano, I contacted my bank who are following up to see about reinstatement of the money onto my card. In addition, they recommended (and I agreed) to cancel this card to prevent any more unauthorised transactions and I will be reissued with a new card.

  • Damiano: Sorry for your troubles. Hope you receive all your money back. Am glad that bridiemack was able to get help from the bank.
My credit card company also suggested to me, that I cancel my credit card and get a new one, to prevent any more unauthorized charges.
Right now, I am requesting that the credit card company NOT ACCEPT any more charges from that company (not the co. you're referring to, but yet another scammer)...but if that doesn't work to my satisfaction, yes, definitely going to get a completely new & improved credit card! Wish you both well.
