SINGLESPLUS is a private matchmaking service with an office in Melbourne, FL. Members are given a battery of personality tests; a background check and then a site team personally meets and matches members who live in the area of Melbourne. So they say! for $2000.00 I was promised 10 matches. I was told by the counselor who interviewed me, that after a 7-10 day processing period, I would start receiving matches. It has been more than 4& half months and I have never received even one match. Also, the so-called "site team" is not on site in Melbourne, FL but in Charleston, SC. they refuse to give me a refund after I reported them to the State of Fl Consumer Affairs, saying they are not bound to any time frame in providing even the first match. In other words, they feel free to take 1 year; 5 yrs or even 10 years as they have no obligation to provide the services paid for, within any time frame.
