I placed my order on June 16th 2011. My confirmation email states that a shipping status email would be sent when the item I ordered ships. I still have not received that email. I have written to their Email Us: [email protected] several times and I have made at least a dozen unsuccessful calls to their phone number 1-514-400-8327. Their phone always answers with a 1983 vintage answering machine and I believe the inbox is full and not recording my messages. Fortunately, this order was placed using my Visa and I am hoping to be able to reverse the transaction. This is not a good way to do business Amazing Cellulars!!!

- Amazing Cellulars did finally send an email of apology on July 12th stating that the Canadian holiday altered their work schedules. My order has now been cancelled and funds are being returned. All is well except for a month of lost time waiting for my computer memory.
