Under a federal Heating asistance program for the state of Illinois
Kelly Williamson was the supposed contractor for heating oil for furnaces. When I had to buy $100.00 of Fuel to even get fuel from kelly williamson, the oil company told me that another oil company took over the Heating asistance. Thus, approved by the state for heating asistance under the federal program I was allotted a sum of amount to the oil company for heating asistance, The fuel oil was around $4.50 a gallion, The social services assured me that the heating asistance would pay everything.
I called the petroliance in Genoa Ill, which started to refused to send out fuel oil, but, then kelly wlliamson of rockford, ill sent petroliance a fax, petroliance filled the tank of 100 gallions, then around january 3rd 2011 it got real cold below zero, I called for
more fuel, The oil company then "refused" to even take an order
to fill my tank do to they the petroliance had not yet been paid, so the rep. stated the he would "NOT" FILL THE HEATING FUEL" BUT I told the guy, it's nelow zero out I'll freeze. Rep. againstated that Refused to send out any fuel. I got down to 1/16 of a tank of fuel
and had only 1 day of fuel Left I e-mailed a complant to the citizens boardf committe, and called them , and also filed a complaint with the Illinois states attorney general on this matter ( lisa madigan's office). Thereof was ordered to put 100 gallions in to the tanks. But, twice the truck drivers was, ordered to stay "OFF" the drive, 2nd time I heard 2 pops by the truck later,
found SEVERAL fresh brakes in the drive way, I called the Insurance company, they made a n estimate of fixing, but needed the oil company to concure with the insurance company, Finding out their was NO ACCIDENT REPORT FILED BY THE OIL COMAPNY
nor a DAMAGED report to a consumers property filed at all,
I called the main oil comapny in Cleveland Ohio, claims no such report was ever made.
So now a company with claims to be a colllections service and a name that has no License of collection for the state of illinois
and noted to caused problems for many people in the past,a person by the name of Ed reynolds, refuses to even correspond with me.
I tryed to explain that under a federal heating asistance , of titlle 29 of the social services federal codes (et) These people cannot collect under this program, do to ' DUOBLE DIPPING"
in federal subsidized programs
recieving phone calls and letters , of demands with these 2 companies. these people , I warned them of possible federal legal action, praying on people under this subsidized progerams
these people are ruining my carreer and also because Im a senior citizen, and also partial disabled, out of work and no
job and very little money to live on. This violates the federal rules and regulations of the federal asistance programs for the handicaped and also the senior citizen that can't keep up with the
economy. All of the sudden I'm do for a heating asistance and no notices were ever sent to me till this date 11/28/11.
Tjis collectyion service is no where in accordance to the states icences, and not found in the business section, assume this is a phony collection service in chicago, suburbs Illinois, and ed reynolds not licence by this company to send out threating letters.
these people are retialatory to threats and also ruins the consumers creditability, thus findings in volving Idenity theft is relevant. and other federal violations are violated in the collections services act, state and federal laws applies. all violated...........
i am not liable for these charges do to double dipping into the federal subsidized asistance granted by the federal social services
under the Obama administration.
