Site says how you can save money by bidding on items and winning by out bidding others...$99.00 charged on my credit card without my authorization, they claim I authorized the charge. I would not have signed up to this site for a $99.00 fee!!!! I told the lady I am reporting this site as a SCAM, she apparently hears this alot, did not offer to give me a refund but told me I could fill out a form and SEE if I could get my money back....I'm sure I already know the outcome of this!!!
