I ordered the sample of Perfect Radiance and was then charged £74.95 twice. I managed to get through to them and was told that there was nothing I could do about the first payment but that they would cancel the account and that, when I received the next month's supply, to send it back and I'd be refunded.

I sent it straight back by Recorded Delivery then waited a few weeks, knowing that my packet had been received, to allow for my return to be processed. No response and so I sent a letter, again by Recorded Delivery, requesting my refund and providing details of when they will have received the goods back. I know my second letter was also delivered but I've heard nothing.

I cannot afford to lose £150 like this and feel very angry at the deceipt that is being practised by this company.
