Complaint 40960 Details

On 11/24/11 this company deposited .05 in my account and then took out .03 and I called them told them I did not know who they where or how they got my account and stuff but i did not want anything they wanted or was offering and when they pulled the money out of the account it overdrawed me and so i had to catch the account up and then I came in today and checked my account again and after the conversation on Friday they werent suppose to touch the account and they did anyway for $30.00 this time which over drew the account again and when I called them they say that they now it was me that entered my information and i told them they could not tell me that cause they have no cameras and i told them I wanted my money back and they informed me they would not give me my money back and that i had signed papers for them to do this and i know thats a lie i had my kids and first of all that account dont get used cause it belongs to my 15 yr. old daughter so thats how i know someone else had to do this. I want my money back. I work hard raising 3 kids on my own and dont ask anyone for nothing and i want my money
