After talking with a Sophia Dixon, a "loan officer" and signing what still seems to be a legal, and binding agreement to pay a 10% down payment for a personal loan of 5,000 us dollars, we paid the down payment, believing this to e a legitimate request, since it also asked us for a cosigner, or collateral, which we had neither of. The funds were then promised to be deposited into our account working 4 hours. We have dealt with "payday loans" before and had nothing bad to report. This "company" however; does not answer your calls after the "down payment" is received, the loan officer is now out "sick" for the rest of the week, they claim to no longer have our file and direct us to the finance department, with which whom free speaking with several times, informed me yhat I "bit off more than I can chew" and "I am a hostile client". Now none of the people will respond to emails, or phone calls, and we are out 540.00. Merry Christmas.
