Contacted Mexican vital records in Texas for assistance in getting my Mexican license. Juan Castillo took my information wanted $300 . I wired it. Calls me some time later in month says me found the license put me on the phone with lady in the records office.. Ver believable ! Wanted another$200. Never heard from him again. Doesn't return my calls!! I've been scammed for$500,,,
