i purchased a product from one of the vendors at the mall. all sales are final. however, the product that was provided was used and not in working order. apparently, they gave me a used product that was no longer working. the item is a flat iron. i travel for business and i went on my business trip only to find out the product is broken. i purchased a similar item to get me through my business trip. when i called the company they refused to refund my money. furthermore, i suggested to have a family member purchase another one so they can send it to me and requested to have the original, broken item returned and refunded. this was also refused.
