Agreed to try the trial sample for the cost of postage only.
Within a week we tried to e-mail Juveneu to say that we did not want any further products.
More pdoducts arrived and we eventually found that to cancell the process you have to ring either Australia, UK or USA.
I tried to ring Australia with no success and even asked directory service if the nomber was a valid one to which they said no.
I then cancelled my credit card with which the payments were being made.
