on Nov. 21, 2011 there was a charge of $8.50 charged to my account. On Nov.26, 2011 I contacted my bank to inquiry about the charge and was given the phone number to glanceride to inquire about the charge and was told that an order for bicycle parts were ordered but not shipped because a confirmation that was sent to an email address wasnt confirmed. The email acct that he gave me was not my own but did contain my full name and age as the user name. It is not a valid email address which would explain why the "items" were not shipped. He did however know my exact home address which is scary. I was told that the order would be cancelled and the money charged would be credited back to my account. I contacted my bank to stop the debit/card so no more transactions could go through and filed a police report so that the bank would return the money and investigate the issue and get their money back. As the police and I started to look into this company we realized that the company GLANCERIDE is a SCAM, FRADULENT GROUP. It appears they start out withdrawing a small amount of money and then once it has cleared through the bank they withdraw more. I recommend regardless how small the amount is withdrawn from your account that you report it to your bank and the police as fradulent charges so that these people can be stoppped!!
