Complaint Description:
I received a letter from National Lottery Promotion with a check in the amount of $4,983.43 stating i had won $200,000 and to deposit the check to my account. The number i called on the letter said for me to call when i deposit it so he can tell me what to do next, this letter has the BBB logo at the bottom, very suspicious we took the check which was from UHI Claims Account Phoenix, Arizona to Chase bank because thats the bank on the check an they let me know that the check was fraudulent. The bank kept the check for evidence. The guy i spoke to from National Lottery promotion said his name was Eric Morales the Prize Award Administrator the number i called is 1-778-891-8733, another number I called is 1-778-323-6788.

Your Desired Resolution:
I'm not necessarily looking to be compensated for anything but wanted the BBB to know that they have your logo on their letter appearing to be legit when they are not and to report these people so they cant do this to someone else.
