This site went on and on about how much a person could save by buying merchandise for pennies on the dollar. After filling out all the requested info, I was then requested to give them my credit card # and was charged the $99.00 fee. After seeing that the auctions were really a ripoff, I requested the fee back, and was then told that it was non refundable, but to keep bidding because I could find some good buys. Also, I find that bidrack keeps sending me free bid to my email.
