I bought the UGG boots because the website claimed it to be the original UGG Australia boots with pictures. It is written in the website that return is guaranteed for a whole year. When I received the boots it is obviously fake with defects inside a damaged box sent from China. I requested return for 10 times through email, because the dont provide any phone number, and they never replied any of them. This company is absolutely fake! Dont be deceived by its cheap price.
