I ordered a pack of 3 Genie Bra's - extra large. I received them and the size wouldn't have fitted a 3 year old. I returned them (at my cost) on 22/9/11 and have been chasing them ever since for three replacement bras. I've been told lies about their availability, shipping etc. The people on their call centre are located in the Philippines and they could't give a hoot. They just keep telling me they will escalate the matter to their supervisor. I've call them six times and the same story. I think they are a scam and the Kerri-Ann show should be held accountable for allowing them to advertise on their program.
