Made purchase after verifying that I could upgrade, for $49.00, from Ver 6 to Ver.7. Downloaded Ver. 7 and received confirmation within minutes, from Cleverbridge, of the charge to my credit card. Waited and waited and waited (2 to 3 hours) for a new serial number for activation, which never came. Used serial from version 6 thinking that since I did not get a new serial number, the old one would work since it was an upgrade. Would not activate and gave the message that it was the wrong serial number. There is information on their site that you get 30 days of free "Premium Support" when you purchase. Went back to website to get info about how to contact their support section and lo and behold they do not have a telephone number nor do they give an address. The only way to contact their support is through a message system on their site. Sent a message to "Premium Support" on Nov., 22 and it took them 27 hours to respond only to tell me that, in order to activate, I need to use the serial number for Ver 7 and not Ver 6. Forty eight hours later and I have not received a serial number for Ver 7.

Their website indicates that refunds are handled by Cleverbridge. Contacted Cleverbridge via email about the refund and received a fast reply that they would have to get permission from Nitro PDF to issue the refund. I'm 67 years old and from what I've read on other posts, I hope that I live long enough to get the refund. Have uninstalled this "S*%TWARE" and purchased Acrobat Pro 10 from an educational discount site for $114.00. Works great.

I guess that I am lucky to live in a state that enforces strong penalties against businesses that take advantages of senior citizens.
