I had the same experience, signed up for a free acct and used my check card in case of purchase. Next day I see a $99 charge and because the money had gone through already my bank can't dispute the charge. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund outside of through their credit card company ? Did anyone get an email or fax number for them that I can dispute the charge in writing ?
