I ordered from their website. I was charged and emailed comfirmation on the sameday. On the 6/26/11 I was emailed a usps tracking number and told my shipment was sent with a delivery of 1-3 days. The post office has this number as entered on 6/28/11 "notified" that a package will be sent but that it was not yet received by the post office.
As of 7/11 the post office still has the package as not yet received by them. I have not received anything yet. Numerous emails and phone calls and messages on their site go unanswered.
