I Called (855) 707-0167 which is their number and asked for my number to be taken off. The lady said that because I had agreed to their terms and conditions that they could not refund my money. I asked how I confirmed their service and she said because I did not enter a pin back on to the computer that means that I confirmed. Some crap.... it was not worth my time to figure it out any more. I am writing this so people can call them and annoy them and try to get your money back. Hope you get it, let me know if you come up with a way to get it back.

- Thank You so much for the phone number!!! I was charged $9.99 by them and another $9.99 another company they are connected to!!!!
