I ordered a pair of Baillie Button boots on 20/10/2011. They said delivery time would be 10-14 days and gave me a tracking number which I used and found that the boots were supposed to be in transit and were sitting in Wenzou China on 28/10/2011. After waiting the 14 days and having checked, on numerous occassions, the boots were still in China. After numerous emails to the company, who asked me to be patient and wait for 5 more days which was up more than a week ago, I still haven't received my boots and according to the tracking number, they are still sitting in China.
