Speedy Computer came on my laptop, and it sounded it very good at the time, so of course I thought perhaps they could help us. (we are senior citizens) and don't know how to fix problems.
However we trusted this company, signed up paid money, then when I went into it, we then had to pay another fee, which we didn't know, otherwise we could not use the program. However I have tried to reach them, and they keep passing me onto another person, then on and on. I am really fed up of this and would like a refund of my money. I just hope other people check this site out and not use it unless they know what they are doing.
